This is our fourth roof and second roof that Company has done for us.

Travis Parker was a pleasure to work with. We first met Travis in November 2013. We had a freak storm that took down our Breadford pear tree and did some damage to our root and gutters. He was able to get the repairs done in a timely manner.

When the hail storm damaged our roof this year, we never thought about using any other roofing company but Swan. We were pleased that Travis was working with us once again.

Travis assessed our roof. I asked him to review the State Farm claim. Travis found several discrepancies and arranged to meet with claims adjudicator which State Farm adjusted.

The work Travis Parker and the roofing crew, plus Hemi, Joseph & Scott did in completing this job was great.

I had Swan Roofing install a new roof on my house in Plano, Texas (April 2019) due to hail damage. I also had Swan Roofing replace the original roof close to 20 years ago. In both installations, the friendly and informative interactions throughout the whole process were exceptional along with their knowledge, attention to detail, timing/scheduling and quality workmanship. I wanted to write to inform you how happy I am with Swan Roofing and the job you have done thus far on the hail repairs to the house. The new roof looks terrific and I appreciate all of your efforts in fixing the troublesome leak in the office. Hopefully, this roof will last as long as the previous one. Also, Joe Hernandez has recently fixed the damage done in the inside office wall where it leaked. He did a beautiful job and the wall looks as good as new!

I used this experience to investigate over 25 roofing companies in the DFW area. There was one company that towered above the rest, completed the questionnaire beyond my expectation and left no doubt in my mind that they were going to take care us. That company is Swan Roofing in Plano. They have an actual office! Very seldom do we provide a review of performance for an individual or company. Swan Roofing recently replaced our roof, helped us with a contractor recommendation for rebuilding our chimney, and coordinating the power washing and staining of our fence.
