Mrs. Swan started her venture with Swan Roofing in the mid 90’s. Her primary focus is to oversee the day-to-day operations, marketing and the overall customer experience. She is committed to all future and existing clients through the Better Business Bureau programs.
Her influence amongst her team is to exceed service and performance expectations with integrity and professionalism. Mrs. Swan has a strong business relationship with several “key” city personnel to ensure that all job permits are pulled and all regulations are met accordingly.
With a background in business management, banking and finance, she is able to make the right business decisions without sacrificing the customer experience. Mrs. Swan is a proud member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce and Women in Business.
