In this day and age where people are more likely to complain then pass along a good word, I wanted to be the exception and let Swan Roofing know what a wonderful experience I had when your company replayed my hail damaged roof in October. I was dreading even the thought of researching roofing companies and getting multiple quotes for the needed work and has procrastinated for months.
Unknown to me my neighbor had placed Curtis’ business card on my front door. I left that business card on my door for at least 2 weeks before I finally took it off the door destined for the recycle bin. When I turned the card over and saw it was a roofing company, I decided perhaps I should look into this company and get someone out to give me a quote. That was the best decision I could have made! Curtis came out within the day or 2 and went over everything I didn’t ever want to know about roofing! This man handled the entire job, from the very start though completion and even submitted receipts to my insurance company for the depreciation monies withheld. Curtis was kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. It’s so refreshing to work with someone that takes charge, does what he says he will do, takes responsibility for keeping the job moving and ties any loose ends up in a neat little bow. He worked around my schedule so I had minimal time off from work.
