Dear Swan Roofing, LLC

I wanted to write to inform you how happy I am with Swan Roofing and the job you have done thus far on the hail repairs to the house. The new roof looks terrific and I appreciate all of your efforts in fixing the troublesome leak in the office. Hopefully, this roof will last as long as the previous one. Also, Joe Hernandez has recently fixed the damage done in the inside office wall where it leaked. He did a beautiful job and the wall looks as good as new!

The refinishing of the fence and deck and screen replacements are pending, however, I have to say that if the quality of that work matches what you have already done, I am in good hands!

Thanks to all of you, especially Brad Lignell for the Swan recommendation and Travis Parker and Lisa for overseeing the work and making sure the right folks were assigned to my job. Once all the work has been completed to my satisfaction, I will be happy to write great reviews for you on the internet.

I had Swan Roofing install a new roof on my house in Plano, Texas (April 2019) due to hail damage. I also had Swan Roofing replace the original roof close to 20 years ago. In both installations, the friendly and informative interactions throughout the whole process were exceptional along with their knowledge, attention to detail, timing/scheduling and quality workmanship. Jimmy (salesperson) and Travis, at the main office, provided customer interactions and support above the normal call of duty (a 10+++ for sure).

I used this experience to investigate over 25 roofing companies in the DFW area. There was one company that towered above the rest, completed the questionnaire beyond my expectation and left no doubt in my mind that they were going to take care us. That company is Swan Roofing in Plano. They have an actual office!
