I wanted to write a note of thanks for the work performed and the professionalism that I have experienced with all the of the jobs that Swan Roofing has completed for Caraway Properties in the last year and a half.

I have met many of your office staff as well as the workers in the field. Most of you know that I manage commercial warehouses with national tenants and some fortune 500 companies. Many of the warehouses serve as the home to expensive, technical production equipment that is extremely valuable. Maintaining the roof in good working order is essential to maintaining positive working relationships with the management teams for those building.

The thing that I have appreciated most about Larry Kinsey and Swan Roofing is the vast knowledge of every type of roof system available. We have had the need to repair shingled roofs, tar and gravel roofs, membrane roofs to determine moisture in between layers. We have also repaired awning and identified faulty weather caulking on second story windows. I feel confident that we have addressed all of the roof issues and have developed a workable preventative maintenance approach that will serve us for years to come.

I have always appreciated the photos showing the problem areas in each roof section. This serves as invaluable information for our files and to communicate with building owners, tenants and insurance companies our plan for roof maintenance.
